9:45-10:00 a.m. Student check-in & attendance verification

10:00-11:00 a.m. Rehearsal #1 (1 hr)

11:00-11:15 a.m. Break

11:15 a.m. -12:15 p.m. Rehearsal #2 (1 hr)

12:15-1:45 p.m. Lunch (1 hr, 30 mins)

1:45-2:45 p.m. Rehearsal #3 (1 hr)

2:45-3:00 p.m. Break

3:00-3:45 p.m. Rehearsal #4 (45 mins)

3:45-4:15 p.m. Change clothes and reset rehearsal spaces/stack chairs

4:15-4:20 p.m. Line up

4:20-4:25 p.m. Follow line to the auditorium

4:30-5:30 p.m. Concert
